I’m sure after the announcement of a new baby and months of no posts at all you’d expect at least a nice sketch of Fiona breastfeeding or something cute like that. But no, I give you this instead.

Today is my little-big brother’s birthday. When I think of our life growing up together, this is what I remember (although I’m sure he has a totally different perspective than I do): Happy birthday, my brother!

Liz and I went to northwestern Vermont for our brief but glorious honeymoon. We stayed at this amazing house, removed from the world but still very modern and slick. My girl, the lovely Fairchild, really likes whales. I’m a pretty big fan myself, so I got us whale watching tickets for our 2 year anniversary, and I made this little comic book for her:
